This gluten-free baking course is a bit more challenging but very nice you learn different doughs that you can use for other pastries.

Gluten free sourdough baking class
In the gluten-free baking course, I show you Mallorcan baking specialties.
In the first 2 hours we make a sourdough bread with sea fennel and the vegetable - hake coca, then we make a short break where we eat the coca and taste Mallorcan wine. Then we continue with the chicken and pea pie and finally a Mallorcan almond cake (Gato) .

Everything you need for the baking course will be provided, from aprons to recipes and all the accessories for baking, I will bring everything I need with me.
