When I came to Mallorca   I started mixing the salt and herbs but after a few years there were suddenly 10 or more on the market who were doing it too, so I got the idea of the garlic salt made of young green garlic and my son suggested I should store it in large clay casks like fine wine.

After 5 years of trying, the time had come. I found a Mallorquin potter who makes small colorful clay barrels for me, where I fill the garlic salt myself and only sell it in small quantities in my shop.
