Bread without gluten is my passion and it has always fascinated me. And especially sourdough bread it is difficult to bake without gluten and then sourdough is a big challenge.

I've always baked bread, when I was little I always had to help my parents out in the country in the "Backhäusle" and there was always this delicious smell of fresh bread mmmhhh.
Then, when I was working in Switzerland, I made it my hobby to bake gluten-free bread. At first you almost go crazy, but if it doesn't work, then after many tries and nerves. I had good results and now I have a gluten-free bakery in Mallorca, the world is not crazy.

All my gluten-free breads are made with organic flour and only bound with psyllium flour. I pay a lot of attention to that.
