Thomas would be happy if he could spoil you with one of his paellas. Of course you can also watch the cooking with a cool glass of Mallorquin white wine in your hand. Looking forward to the tasty paella. In the meantime, until the paella is ready, you can enjoy delicious tapas   or  both in combination if you want.
All paellas come with Mallorcan bread (gluten-free on request), aioli, olives and tapenade.
If you would like tapas beforehand, talk to Thomas, he will be happy to make you an offer of vegetarian and vegan tapas.

I will be happy to advise you on special paellas. I will explain to you in detail how I prepare the paellas and what ingredients I use. So you can be sure that every paella will be just the way you like it.

FIDEUA (Mallorcan fine pasta paella) I do the same prices as all paellas
