When I started my small gluten-free bakery on Mallorca, mothers with their children always asked for bread rolls where they could give the children to school. That's why I did the baking course - the rolls also go well in the household oven.

We are baking:

  • Small baguettes

  • Light chickpea buns

  • Longuetsthis is a Mallorcan bun

Everything necessary for the baking course will be provided, from aprons to recipes and all accessories for baking, I will bring everything I need with me.
